Choosing a video model: Motion, Turbo, Lite or Real
The four Genlaxy video models side by side - what each is good at, its limits, its starting price, and a simple way to decide.
Genlaxy offers 4 video models. They all take a text prompt or a start frame and return a short clip, but they trade speed, fidelity and price differently. Here is how to choose without rendering the same idea four times.
The short version
- Speed - the fastest turnaround: Motion Turbo.
- The lowest cost per clip, ideal for drafts: Motion Lite.
- Realistic textures and natural movement: Motion Real.
- The final, highest-resolution render: Motion.
Motion Turbo
Built for speed: fast clips from text or a start frame, up to 30 s · 1080p, from €6.30 for a 5-second clip. It is not the cheapest option - pick it when you want results back quickly.
Motion
The highest-fidelity model, up to 30 s · 4K, with resolutions of 480p, 720p, 1080p, 4K. It starts at €5.80 for 5 seconds at its lowest resolution; 1080p and 4K cost more, and the composer shows the exact price. Reach for it when a clip is going into a finished piece.
Motion Lite
The lowest cost per clip, up to 15 s · 1080p, from €2.00 for 5 seconds. Clips are capped at 15 seconds. A sensible default for social content where volume matters more than the last bit of detail.
Motion Real
Tuned for realistic motion and texture, up to 30 s · 1080p, from €3.80 for 5 seconds. Good for nature, food, products and anything that should look filmed rather than generated.
A workflow that saves money
- Write the prompt and render a short, low-resolution draft on Motion Lite.
- Adjust the prompt until the motion is right - one change at a time.
- Render the final on Motion or Motion Real at the resolution you need.
