01Who can use Genlaxy

You must be of legal age where you live to use Genlaxy. You confirm this when you sign in for the first time; we do not verify it with a document. Declaring falsely is a breach of these terms and we will close the account if we learn of it.

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure, because it is the only way into your account. One account per person.

Model output is not controlled by us. Images and videos are produced automatically by AI models; we do not review them before you see them and are not responsible for what they contain. You decide whether and how to use a result, and you are responsible for whether that use is lawful where you are.

02What Genlaxy is

Paid generation of still images and short video clips from a text description, optionally guided by an image you upload. Programmatic access to generation is available with an API key you create in Settings; API renders are paid from the same balance.

03Balance

Genlaxy has no subscriptions. You add funds to a prepaid balance and each render is charged at the price shown before you generate. The balance is a limited licence to use the service: it is not money held for you, not a deposit, not e-money, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another person. It does not expire with the passage of time.

04Payment, withdrawal and refunds

Top-ups are paid through PayPal or in cryptocurrency (USDC or USDT). A crypto order is valid for a limited window shown at checkout and is matched by the exact amount sent, which is why the amount must be sent exactly as quoted. Blockchain transfers are irreversible: a payment sent late, on the wrong network, in the wrong token or in the wrong amount may not be recoverable. Contact support and we will help where we technically can.

Right of withdrawal: if you are a consumer in the EU or another jurisdiction granting one, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once supply begins, provided you asked for immediate supply and acknowledged the loss - which you are asked to do at checkout. Unspent balance from a top-up made within the last 14 days can still be refunded: contact support.

Failed renders: if a render you paid for fails, including when the generation provider's own moderation rejects it, the amount is returned to your balance automatically. If it does not appear, contact support and we will correct it.

05Generated output

Generation runs at third-party providers. Your prompt, and any image you upload, are sent to them so they can produce the result.

Output is probabilistic. The same prompt can produce a different result each time, and a result you liked may not be reproducible. We do not promise that output will match your request, be accurate, or be fit for any particular purpose.

We claim no ownership of what you generate and place no restriction on commercial use; we take no share and require no credit. We do not warrant that you own copyright in generated output, that it is protectable at all, or that using it does not infringe someone else's rights - in several countries purely machine-made work may not qualify for copyright protection. There is no exclusivity: someone else may receive a similar result.

Generated files are stored for a limited retention period and then deleted. Download anything you want to keep.

06Safety

Two things are refused everywhere, without exception: sexual content involving minors or age-play, and content depicting non-consent.

Your prompt passes an automated screen before it is sent onward, and the generation provider applies its own moderation and may reject a request. Nobody reviews finished images or videos, and automated screening of wording cannot guarantee what a model produces: you may receive output you did not expect.

07Your obligations

Do not generate, or try to generate, anything in the prohibited categories, or reword a request to get around the filters. Do not generate sexual or intimate imagery of a real, identifiable person, or deepfakes of one. Upload an image only if it is of you or you have the depicted person's permission and the rights to use it. Do not use output in a way that infringes someone else's rights.

If you use the API you are responsible for everything generated with your key, including by your own users; restrict your service to people of legal age and keep the key secret. A key is shown once and cannot be recovered.

08Availability and changes

We do not promise uninterrupted service; it depends on third-party providers who can fail or withdraw a model. We may change which models, resolutions and durations are offered and what a render costs. Balance you have already added stays usable, but the price of future renders can change.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You can delete your account yourself at any time from Settings.

09Liability

Genlaxy is provided as is. We give no warranty as to what any render produces and are not liable for the content of output you receive. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your mandatory rights as a consumer and money we owe you. Subject to that, our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 200.
