We collect what we need to run the service and do not sell personal data.
01What we collect
Your email address; the prompts you write and the images and videos you generate; images you upload as references or start frames; your payment records; basic technical data such as IP address and approximate country, used for fraud and abuse prevention and account security; and your choice about product emails.
02Who else sees it
Your prompt, and any image you upload, are sent to the generation provider that renders the result; it applies its own moderation. Top-ups are processed by PayPal, which receives what it needs to charge you - we never see or store card details. If you pay in cryptocurrency, the sending wallet address and the transaction are recorded on a public blockchain permanently, by the nature of that network. Account email is sent through our own mail relay. We run no advertising trackers.
03Generated files
Images and videos you generate are stored so we can serve them back to you, and are deleted after a limited retention period. Deleting a render from your library removes the stored file.
04Your controls
You can export your data and delete your account at any time from Settings, without contacting support. You can turn product emails on or off in Settings.
05Children
Genlaxy is only for people of legal age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
